Prime Minister Edi Rama started the new year with a meeting of his cabinet of ministers.

Sources for Euronews Albania reported that the meeting was held at Villa 31 in the capital city at around 3:30 PM today.

The agenda or the reason for this meeting has yet to be revealed but it will most likely be a routine work meeting to mark the beginning of the new year.

Meanwhile, the next day, the prime minister is expected to hold a meeting with the political leaders of the Socialist Party in several districts.
