After participating in the NATO Summit in Brussels, PM Edi Rama held a meeting in France, where he met with the former president, Nikolas Sarkozy.

Through a post on Facebook, the PM of Albania calls Sarkozy a “special friend”, with whom he is taking counsel regarding the challenges our country and the region are going through in terms of economic development and integration into the EU.

“With a special friend at his home in Paris, president Nicolas Sarkozy, with whom I have the privilege to take counsel regarding Albania’s and our region’s challenges, on our road toward economic and social development and our European integration,” writes PM Rama.
