PM Edi Rama is holding an official visit to Madrid, Spain. The Albanian prime minister was received by Spanish PM Pedro Sanchez, after which they both signed 2 agreements.
One of them was the memorandum of understanding between both countries, which will include their bilateral cooperation in the field of undergraduate studies, and the second agreement was an addition to the 1957 European Convention on extradition.
During his visit to Spain, PM Rama is being accompanied by the minister of education, Evis Kushi and justice minister, Ulsi Manja.
