The former PM of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj deemed the meeting held between PM Albin Kurti and Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic today in Brussels, “a complete failure”.

According to the Chair of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Kurti doesn’t see the recognition of Kosovo as a priority, referring to the four proposals that the head of state made during the roundtable discussions.

“It is astonishing, how the recognition of Kosovo isn’t his priority. Apparently, his first priority is the transformation of CEFTA into SEFTA. Ridiculous. Just like his second priority, the peace agreement between both countries, as well as his approach on the missing persons,” stated Haradinaj.

According to him, “mutual recognition is the only result that Kosovo should be expecting from this dialogue” and that “this approach, – to discuss different topics, without the countries having recognized one another, the same way as the previous dialogue, doesn’t have any results, and in this phase, it is dangerous for our country”.
