The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has shared on social networks a message from American soldiers of the Texas National Guard, who served in Kosovo, precisely at the time of the attack of aggression from Serbia last year, in Banjska of Zveçan.

According to Osmani, the message of the American soldiers was that they were ready to give their lives to protect the Republic of Kosovo.

Osmani said that she has visited these soldiers who have served in Kosovo for freedom and peace, to express thanks on behalf of the people of Kosovo.

Vjosa Osmani’s post:

“We were ready to give our lives to protect the Republic of Kosovo”, is the message we heard from the American soldiers of the Texas National Guard, who served in Kosovo, precisely at the time of the attack of aggression from Serbia last year.

The men and women of the American military for 25 years served with devotion for freedom and peace, and even today they continue to stand with us in defense of our state and borders. That’s why I visited them yesterday to express my thanks on behalf of the people of Kosovo.
