The cause of the conflict in a nightclub in Prizren has been discovered, where the 31-year-old Albanian from Kukes was shot dead and his 27-year-old friend was wounded.
It is initially suspected that the perpetrator is the owner of the bar, Dibran Hoxha, widely known on social media as “King Kobra”.
According to Kosovar chief prosecutor Admir Shala, the reason for the conflict between the owner of the bar and the victim is suspected to have been the client’s refusal to pay the bill.
“Today at 04:10, the police received information that there were shots in the vicinity of the ‘Kobra City’ bar, at the exit of Prizren, the Prizren-Kukes road. It is suspected that the tragic incident took place after a conflict in the ‘Kobra City’ bar with several citizens from Albania, related to the payment of the bill,” Shala told Telegrafi.
