A person injured himself with a firearm in Tirana on Tuesday evening.

The police said that the incident happened around 21:00, in Tirana, where citizen B. B., 37 years old, injured himself with a firearm (which he carried with a permit), who was injured as a result and is in the hospital, under the care of doctors.

Sources indicate that the 37-year-old is a former employee of RENEA and accidentally injured himself.

The investigative team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
