The Office of the Specialized Prosecutor has confirmed that it is conducting several operations in Kosovo this Thursday. It is reported that, by the decision of the Special Court, several former officials and advisors of the former leaders of the KLA, who are being held in The Hague, have been arrested.

It is reported that the residence of the former Minister of Justice and the former vice-president of the PDK, Hajredin Kuci, was raided.

According to the ZPS, the investigative process is focused on crimes against the administration of justice. Through a notice issued on the official website, the Office of the Specialized Prosecutor announced that the operations were authorized by the judicial side of the Specialized Chambers and were supported by EULEX.

During the operations, the former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Isni Kilaj, the former head of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, Bashkim Smakaj and the brother of martyrs Fahri and Bahri Fazliu, Fadili, were arrested.
