The safety of citizens who frequent swimming pools is the focus of the State Health Inspectorate.

The chief inspector of Tirana, Klinton Leka, in an interview for Euronews Albania, says that the inspection has started in all subjects.

Based on the problems encountered from last year, he clearly said that there will be no tolerance.

As per the rules, each swimming pool must have a responsible person certified by the Red Cross who provides first aid at all times, a register which shows the performance of physico-chemical and bacteriological analyzes of water, the level of chlorine measured every day, and where the weight should be between 6.5-8.5 values, as well as the internal regulation in two languages, Albanian and English.
