Sali Berisha is registered in the Court of Tirana as the chairman of the Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party announced that the registration coincides with the 34th anniversary of the establishment of the DP and the 3rd anniversary of the Re-establishment Assembly that Berisha held at the Air Albania stadium.

The Court of Appeal decided on June 11, that the emblem and logo of the Democratic Party should be transferred to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

With the final decision of the Appeal, the chairman of the Democratic Party is no longer Lulzim Basha, but Sali Berisha.
