According to the head of the coastal city’s operators, September will bring tourists who spend more money.

The tourist season in Saranda does not end with the end of summer and this is not new for the coastal city.

Autumn bookings are optimistic. Although the season as a whole closed with 10-20% of the touristic capacity, September looks close to bookings the same as last year.

For Arben Çipa, the head of the Association of Tourist Operators in Saranda, the situation is satisfactory.

“We are active in the frequency of the month of August, maybe less than August, September is a competitor of August in relation to the operation of tourist operators,” he says.

Young and independent tourists have prevailed during July and August, they are expected to be there in September as well.

As for the operators, it is the vacationers who spend the most money.

While the Poles have already turned Saranda into their favorite destination, tourists from other Western European countries are also expected.

Autumn in Saranda continues to be fruitful in tourism, thus extending even more the traditional summer season.
