Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Europe of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Igli Hasani.

During the telephone conversation, the two sides discussed the developments in the situation in Gaza and its surroundings, as well as the international efforts made to address them, emphasizing the rejection of targeting civilians in any form and the need for all parties to respect international law humanitarian.

His Highness urged Albania, by virtue of its role as a temporary member of the Security Council, to work to ensure that the Council fulfills its responsibility for maintaining international peace and security by calling for an immediate cessation of military operations and the lifting of the siege in Gaza.
