Former KLA member Dritan Goxhaj, arrested in Tirana by order of the Special Court, has been left in prison.

The lawyer appealed the ‘imprisonment’ measure for Goxhajn, which was decided earlier by the court, but this was rejected.

This is the next arrest warrant issued by the Special Court for former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army. Earlier, this court sent high-ranking politicians of Kosovo to prison, among them the leaders of the war, Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, who are still in prison.
