The political entity Serb List has been fined €20,000 by the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) for violating the Code of Ethics and Conduct during the election campaign.
According to the decision obtained from ECAP, the complaint was filed by the political entity Kosovski Savez, which claimed that in the Municipality of Leposavić, at several different locations, Serb List had placed campaign propaganda materials in violation of the law. In response to these allegations, Serb List did not submit a response to the complaint.
ECAP assessed that the complaint was well-founded, emphasizing that the complainant submitted photographs as evidence of the placement of promotional materials. According to the decision, these materials were placed in public spaces, including electric poles, parks, bus stops, overpasses, electrical transformer stations, and along public roads.
