Russia has drawn up a plan to destabilize and create an undemocratic atmosphere in Kosovo before the parliamentary elections expected to be held on February 9 in Kosovo, said the chairman of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Serbia, Dragan Sormaz.
Through a reaction on X, he has said that the Russians intend to influence the electoral process by engaging individuals from minority communities.
“Russia has drawn up a plan to destabilize, manipulate and encourage an undemocratic atmosphere in Kosovo before the parliamentary elections scheduled for February 9.
