The spokesperson of the EU for Foreign Policy and Security, Peter Stano, has announced on Friday that the Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, have been invited for an “urgent” meeting in Brussels before November 21.

There is still no response from the government of Kosovo on whether the invitation has been accepted or not.

For Klan Kosova, government officials said: “We will inform you at a later time”.

Meanwhile, the media in Serbia report that Vucic has accepted the EU’s invitation, and that he will meet with Kurti in Brussels on Sunday or Monday, November 21.

“Novosti” writes that “the meeting will be organized on Sunday night or Monday morning, and the topic will be the latest tension in Kosovo” caused by the “unilateral actions of the Kurti government”.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced the solution to this impasse today in Estonia, saying that negotiations are underway on the issue of license plates.
