On Wednesday morning, a group of Serbs from northern Kosovo walked to Belgrade to attend a rally organized by the Serbian Progressive Party on May 26.
Residents from Leposaviqi, Northern Mitrovica and Anamorava, have left for Belgrade, reports Tanjug.
A group of 23 young people started from Leposaviqi, 12 from the same city and 11 from North Mitrovica.
They are wearing t-shirts that read “For Serbia, for Vučić, Serbs from Kosovo”, holding banners and flags of Serbia.
A group of 13 young people also left from a village with a Serbian majority in Anamorava, around 6 o’clock this morning.
As they say, they are determined to walk 500 kilometers in nine days, saying that this is nothing compared to their “determination to show unity and harmony in these difficult times”.
