Addiction to the use of social networks is turning into an emergency according to all the study estimates.
Sociologists say that the use for a long time in the sense of the time spent, but also years has made the dependence on these platforms to be more expressed and real, making us face some consequences.
The consequences are the need to be constantly connected, the time we spend with people, more than those we have at home, a distance is being created between people.
For experts, virtual life is also leading to an increase in negative phenomena, in some cases putting life at risk.
“The need to be constantly connected, feeling bad when we are not near these networks. We spend more time with people on platforms than with people we share our daily lives with. There are people who easily threaten their emotional and psychological health. There are people who, because of their fragility, experience them with more intensity, of how many messages that come from the virtual world they get, and then go to the point of complete despair and why also the point of self-sacrifice”, said Sociologist Entela Binjaku.
These platforms have become a danger even for children and teenagers. According to studies, the use of these networks by children and teenagers has demonstrated several phenomena such as: suicides, addiction to games, addiction to gambling games, bullying, isolation, pedophilia, depression and even convulsions.
