After finding out a number of family voting cases in Bradashesh, where electronic voting in being tested, Euronews Albania journalist Renaldo Salianji reported on another problematic with the voting process.

One of the observers of the Socialist Party held a handwritten note with the ordinal numbers of voters who came to vote in that polling center.

Asked why he was keeping such a list, the observer answered that he was just keeping count of the participation. He also claimed that he had no idea the machinery used for the electronic voting showcased the participation level in real time.
