Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu described the changes made by the two largest parties SP and DP during these 31 years.

After 31 years, we have a completely different scene, DP is the party of the village, of the province of the elders, while the youth, students and citizens are included in FRESH, in SP. So the SP has taken all the electorate of the young generation. SP, with the departure of Fatos Nano in 2005, brought to power a new political leader, Edi Rama. This cleared the SP of all the old plans of Ramiz Ali and Fatos Nano. He created a new political school,” he said.
