Spain is among the latest countries to lift all travel restrictions for Albanian passengers, announced Tirana International Airport in a press release.

Citizens wanting to travel to Spain will not be required to present a negative COVID-19 test, nor proof of vaccination.

However, if you have traveled to another country in the last 14 days and not traveling directly from Albania, a PCR test done in the last 48 hours will be needed, or vaccine certificate from one of EMA’s approved jabs, or a document from health authorities proving that you have passed the virus.

On June 18, the European Council urged member states to start lifting travel restrictions, including for countries outside of the EU.

Some of the countries that have already lifted restrictions for Albanian citizens are Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, France.
