The Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has launched a website dedicated to reporting electoral crimes.

This initiative follows SPAK’s recent publication of its strategy for preventing and investigating election-related offenses.

During a recent event, SPAK chief Altin Dumani emphasized that electoral crime investigations will be conducted without bias.

“Anyone who follows the law and the Constitution in organizing the electoral process has nothing to fear from the special structures monitoring the elections,” Dumani stated.

He also made it clear that SPAK will initiate investigations whenever there is evidence or suspicion of electoral crimes:

“No one should be afraid if they are following the law and the Constitution. We have a legal and constitutional obligation to launch investigations whenever we encounter criminal facts,” Dumani affirmed.

Dumani also stressed that SPAK will work closely with the General Prosecutor’s Office to ensure thorough investigations into electoral offenses.
