The deputy of Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, in a statement after leaving the Special Prosecutor’s Office, revealed that he was called to Special Anti-Corruption Structure to testify on the report made about the use of public funds in the campaign.

Noka emphasized that he submitted to SPAK the evidence for some mayors who have used state budget funds to alienate the will of the voters on May 14.

DP deputy said that the denunciations of election irregularities will continue in the coming days. He added that these denunciations are a test for Special Anti-Corruption Structure to show that it is not a branch of the executive power.

“We do our duty, respect the institutions and put SASC to test if justice works or if it is a branch of the executive.

Today I was near the justice bodies to testify about the use of public money by some mayors to alienate the will of the voters.

Specifically, the Municipality of Vau I Dejes was denounced regarding a frightening amount that was used during the campaign.

Our task is clear, we denounce every day. There are many reports, I am sorry to tell you that you will often see me at this door to report. For all the issues that I speak and come here, are issues that have been registered. We have accused and continue to accuse SASC, but in case of the electoral farce, they have an opportunity to prove themselves and show if they are out of the government’s pocket”, said Noka.
