Special Court confiscates Raul Zenunaj’s property, transferred on state ownership

Special Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime has confiscated the assets of Raul Zenunaj and persons related to him.

Raul Zenunaj was previously convicted by Italian authorities for “production and sale of narcotics” and participation in a criminal organization.

Special Court decided that the assets placed in his name and those of his family members will be confiscated and transferred to the ownership of state.

LIST OF SEIZURED PROPERTIES

1) Property of the “Unit” type with a total area of ​​70 m², Vlorë Municipality, purchased by the subject in 2012 in the amount of 6,944,000 Lekë;

2) Property of the “Unit” type with a total area of ​​50 m², Vlora Municipality, purchased by the subject in 2012 in the amount of 4,960,000 Lekë;

3) BMW type GM730D vehicle, owned by the subject Raul Zenunaj, purchased by the subject in 2014;

4) Property of the “Field” type, with an area of ​​5000 m², currently owned by citizen E.S.

5) Property of the “Apartment” type, with an area of ​​159 m², Vlorë Municipality, owned by citizen V.Z, purchased in 2010 in the amount of 8,107,092 Lekë.

6) Property of the type “Truall”, with an area of ​​105 m², Vlora Municipality, co-owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, purchased in 2013 for the value of 1,100,000 Lekë.

7) Property of the “Apartment” type, with an area of ​​171 m², Vlorë Municipality, jointly owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, purchased in 2013 for the value of 10,500,000 Lekë.

8) Property “4-storey addition”, with a total area of ​​4 floors 640 m², jointly owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, Vlora Municipality. From the expertise conducted in the trial, it results that the value of the investment for the “additional 4-storey” property is 20,216,320 Lekë.

9) Property of the “Bodrum” type, with an area of ​​181 m², “Kushtrimi” Neighborhood, Vlorë Municipality, co-owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, purchased in 2013 for the value of 7,700,000 Lekë.
