The Supreme Court has decided not to accept Fredi Beleri’s appeal.

Beleri appealed against the decisions that rejected the request for a special permit to be sworn in as the mayor of Himara.

Beleri several times asked for permission to leave the cell and then take his oath as mayor, claims that were rejected by Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, but also by Special Court’s Appeal.
