The memorial and grave of Mit’hat Frasher, located near the Artificial Lake in Tirana, has been destroyed.

In the following images, it can be seen that his torso was thrown on the tombstones, causing significant damage.

The memorial of Mit’hat Frasheri, who is known as one of the great intellectuals of the history of Albania, was placed next to the Frasheri brothers at Kodrat e Liqeni, in a special ceremony on October 12, 2008.

Mit’hat Frasheri was an Albanian diplomat, writer and politician, one of the activists of the National Renaissance, and participant and chairman of the Congress of Manastir.

After the declaration of Independence of Albania, he was a minister, diplomat of the Albanian state, chairman of the National Front and the “Free Albania” Committee.
