Jakov Milatovic, the elected president of Montenegro in the April 2 elections, will be sworn in today, thus officially assuming the position of the President of the Montenegrin state.
Milatovic will make his swearing in the Assembly, and the inauguration ceremony will start at 12:00 in the Parliament of Montenegro.
Jakov Milatovic will replace the veteran of Montenegrin politics, Milo Djukanovic, who has been an important figure in the last three decades.
Meanwhile, in the inauguration ceremony of President Milatović, all the presidents of the region have been invited to participate, including the President of the Republic of Albania Bajram Begaj and the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
