On the day of the celebration for the Albanian National Football Team for the qualification for the European Championship that takes place in Germany, for the last match Hundreds of Albanians from North Macedonia have crossed the border crossing point of Qafë Thana this Monday to be present at the “Air Albania” stadium for the match with the Faroe Islands.

Many Albanians who live in different countries of Europe have also passed through this border crossing point, just for this night’s celebration of Albanian football.

Official sources inform that this Monday alone, more than 1750 citizens have entered from Qafë Thana, 500 of whom have declared that they are coming to watch Albania’s last qualifying match.

Sources of the police station of Qafë Thana said that the border police and not only carried out fine controls for all the means of Albanian fans who entered our country.
