Tirana International Airport (TIA) has announced through a Facebook post that travelers planning to embark on journeys through Rinas should arrive three hours prior to departure for their destination in order to complete the check-in process.
According to TIA, this measure aims to enhance the overall travel experience for all passengers. TIA states that this will be in effect until September 10.

To ensure a smooth journey and accommodate the increased number of passengers during this period, we kindly ask all passengers to arrive at the airport at least 3 (three) hours before the scheduled departure time. Please consider the possible additional time required for baggage checks, security screenings, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
