The police services of the Tirana Directorate, Renea special forces and all the police forces of the republic have been mobilized to capture the author, whose name is Klerent Bozhanaj, 42 years old. We emphasize that he is armed and has pronounced signs of depression. The police are offering 20,000 euros for any valuable information that may lead to the arrest of the perpetrator.
