The first baby for 2023 is a girl.

Her name is Promisa and she is healthy.

The news was announced by the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manstirliu, who added that the baby was born in the “Queen Geraldine” maternity hospital at 12:00.

A minute later, a boy was born in the “Kocoo Gliozheni” maternity hospital.

“Welcome Promisa and Orjol. The first child of 2023 is a girl, who was born safely in the “Queen Geraldine” maternity hospital, at 12:00. One minute after the turn of the year, a healthy boy was born, the first baby to be born in the “Koço Gliozheni” maternity hospital”, Manastirliu wrote on Facebook.
