This Sunday will be for the citizens of Tirana a “Day without cars”, where the circulation of vehicles will be limited during a certain time.

The circulation of vehicles will be limited from 06:00 to 17:00 in some of the main segments in the capital, while a movement plan has been drawn up for emergency vehicles and those of the State Police.

Restriction of vehicle traffic, within the framework of the promotional activity “Tirana without cars”, on May 5, 2024 and June 1, 2024, in the time periods from 06:00 to 17:00, in the following segments:

• – “Martyrs of the Nation” boulevard, starting from the Ministry of the Interior to the beginning of the “Former Hotel Dajti.
• – “Dëshmorët e Kombit” boulevard, starting from the “Former Hotel Dajti” bridge to the intersection with “Ismail Qemali” street
• Vehicle traffic should continue on “Ibrahim Rugova” street, “Zhan Dark” boulevard, “Bajram Curri” boulevard and on “George.W.Bush” street.
• The circulation of emergency vehicles and the State Police should continue normally in all the road segments above.
• Line No. 13 “New Tirana” and Line No. 2 “TEG – Old Sauk – Zoo – Former Train Station” divert to “Ibrahim Rugova” street.
