Journalist Ardit Hoxha has given details about the protest that will take place the next day by the opposition in front of the Parliament.
The decision of tomorrow’s protest was taken at the meeting of the National Council of the Democratic Party that took place yesterday. The protest comes after the suspension of the head of the DP Sali Berisha, Flamur Noka, and other MPs from the plenary sessions.
“The main theme of yesterday’s meeting was the protest and it has been decided that in the next day’s session there will be a gathering of the democrats supporting Berisha, and of those MPs who cannot enter the session due to the suspension by the Commission of Ethics, among them is Berisha and Flamur Noka,” Hoxha emphasized.
Likewise, some MPs were suspended from parliament yesterday. The journalist of Euronews Albania informed that tomorrow the protest will take place in front of the Parliament building at the same time as the plenary session, while the National Council has decided that there will be other protests before March 3, the day when the protest will be held national team called by Berisha.
Tomorrow, 8 MPs who have fulfilled the period of suspension will return to the Parliament. It is not yet known whether Berisha, Nika, Bylykbashi or the other MPs. But the protests will be similar to the first ones.
