Albania logged two deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, one of the lowest records from the beginning of the pandemic.
The virus has claimed 2.337 lives in Albania.
Authorities said that 179 citizens had tested positive in the past day, which is in line with the downward trend seen in the past week.
More than 129,300 citizens have contracted the virus since the first outbreak, while recoveries topped 100,600.
The city that has been worst hit by the pandemic is Tirana, counting the highest death toll and infection rates. Currently, there are an estimated 19031 active cases in the capital.
A mandatory mask and a night curfew have been in force for several months, while the government recently extended curfew hours to begin at 10 PM.
