The first 16 migrants arrived this Wednesday morning at the Gjadri camp in Shengjin, but apparently two of them have returned.

According to the information provided by the journalist of Euronws Albania, Ortensia Budlla, 2 of the 16 migrants will return to Italy, as they are minors.

The ship “Libra” is in the sea and the minors are being taken by boat to the ship.

The asylum application procedure is expected to be completed within 4 weeks. Migrants who meet the criteria will be transferred to Italy, while those who do not have this right will be repatriated after staying in the camp.

The acceleration of the process for appeals will be realized through video links with the court of Rome, where the deadline for consideration has been halved to 7 days due to the decree approved for the new influx of refugees.

The first 16 migrants traveled in the 80-meter-long patrol boat, which was accompanied by a crew of about 70 soldiers.
