From April 20, visas with the United Arab Emirates will be removed. The news was announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama through a post on his Facebook page.

Two months ago, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Megi Fino, and the Chinese ambassador in Tirana, Zhou Ding, signed an agreement on visa waiver with China.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Tourism, Mirela Kumbaro, stated in an interview for Euronews Albania some time ago that visas with Japan will soon be waived.
