Infrastructure minister Belinda Balluku announced that the Vlora Bypass will open temporarily on July 15.
During a visit to the site, minister Balluku noted that the arterial road not only will significantly improve traffic congestion from Radhima to Vlora but also offer a picturesque sight to foreign visitors.
The minister also weighed in on the importance of bringing the most adequate highway signs at the Vlora Bypass in order to ensure road safety.
“Our number one objective has been road safety. We’ve taken all measures to place the most proper and highly visible highway signs for all citizens traveling through the Bypass during the summer season. The State Police will also have an important role”, concluded infrastructure minister Belinda Balluku.
