Representatives of the well-known magazine, Vogue Italia, have arrived in Albania. Ten designers will bring the new fashion trends through the “Fashion Panorama – The Italian New Wave” exhibition, presented in the Center for Openness and Dialogue in Tirana.

“We want to push forward our values, as well as understand fashion, which in fact is a common language in the entire world. We will meet with young ones, to understand what they think of fashion, of the cultural differences between the countries. As far as I’m concerned, fashion here is expressed in a very individual way. The youth is free,” Vogue Italia editor-in-chief Francesca Ragazzi tells Euronews Albania.

It’s the first time such an event comes to Albania.

“The main goal is to present a new fashion idea and to touch on social aspects through it,” says Alessandro Ruggera, Director of the Italian Institute of Culture.

The exhibition curated by Vogue Italia starts its tour in Albania, only to then continue worldwide.
