President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has stated that he will not go to Brussels to meet with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti. He also listed the conditions that, according to him, must be met for him to dialogue with Kurti.

“I don’t want to go, until every arrested Serb is released, until the false mayors in the north of Kosovo are withdrawn, until their special unit is withdrawn and until the daily arrests of Kosovo Serbs are stopped. And then we will talk about how, in the fastest way and in accordance with what has been signed, to establish the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, whether you like it or not, that’s the end of it,” said Vucic.

The European Union has called on the parties to sit down for talks in Brussels, even diplomat Borrell has emphasized that he will not accept conditions. On Tuesday, the prime minister of Kosovo responded positively to the invitation of the senior European diplomat, while it seems that the meeting will not be held after the refusal of the Serbian president.
