The American Ambassador to Kosovo, Jeff Hovenier, in a message for the New Year, states that he expects that during 2024, Kosovo and Serbia will fully implement the Agreement towards the normalization of relations.

The American diplomat adds that the dialogue should end with mutual recognition between the two states.

Hovenier also states that during 2023 there were difficult moments for the government of Kosovo, but there were also achievements in several areas.

We remember that this year was a difficult year in the relations between the two countries, as there were many tensions in several areas in the North, which culminated in the Serbian terrorist attack in Banjska in October.
