Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska called for Bosnia and Hercegovina to not approve any of the agreements reached by the Balkan countries, in the Berlin Process framework. Dodik also says that the agreement for visa liberalization between Kosovo and Bosnia and Hercegovina shall not pass. His comment came after Bosnia and Hercegovina abstained towards Kosovo’s request to join the Council of Europe.

“The damage done to the country by abstaining is final. The Serb entity will not recognize the state of Kosovo. Why should Serbia respect Bosnia’s territorial integrity when Bosnia won’t do the same?” Dodik responded to the Serbian Foreign Minister, on the issue of Kosovo’s recognition.
