President Begaj has called the decision taken this Thursday by the Council of Ministers of the EU for the removal of Kosovo visas a very well-deserved decision.

The President has welcomed this step taken through a post on his Facebook page, thus making a wish that the citizens of Kosovo feel like all the other citizens of the Western Balkans as soon as possible.

“I welcome the important step taken by the Council of the European Union regarding the free, visa-free movement of Kosovo citizens in the Schengen area! I wish that this process will be completed as soon as possible and that the citizens of Kosovo feel the same as the other citizens of the Western Balkans! A very well-deserved decision!”
