As the new government cabinet was formed, three of them were new entrants:

Ulsi Manja – Minister of Justice

Delina Ibrahimi – Minister of the Economy

Frida Krifca – Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development

Previously, Ulsi Manja held the top post near the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs. Born in Dibra in 1973, he has a rich career in the field of justice. From 1996 to 2013 he worked as an attorney, prosecutor, judge as well as holding important posts at the Prosecution Office.

He first became involved with the Socialist Party in 2009, as a candidate in the party’s list for the district of Dibra, afterward taking the leading position at the regional branch in the same district.

During the Assembly of the Socialist Party, Rama introduced his name as the district leader of Dibra.

Delina Ibrahimi was the head of the General Directorate of Taxation. She has a bachelor’s in International Economy from the University of Bocconi in Milan. She was also employed near the Bank of Albania from 2010 to 2015, and then from 2015-2016 working as a coordinator for the establishment of an integrated information system and government operational statistics at the Prime Minister’s Office.

Frida Krifca was previously the head of the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (AZHBR). Coming from a 22-year experience in management, with a special focus on the development of the financial sector, utilization of financial services, and business development.

Krifca received her diploma from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron in Ohio.
