Analyst Frrok Cupi says that the new head of SPAK, Altin Dumani cannot by himself solve the issues that the judiciary is currently investigating.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Cupi said that a great burden falls upon Dumani, due to the long absence of institutions.

According to him, now SPAK is entering a new phase.

“The burden that falls upon Dumani, part of it is artifice, it is just hope, it does not hold a real value. The rest is a burden that falls upon him due to the long absence of our institutions. Now we have to put all the sins of the murderers of Christ on the shoulders of one man, which is not fair and does not solve anything. Altin Dumani is one of the prosecutors. It is not possible for one prosecutor to solve all the problems. For me, nothing new has happened in SPAK, for me, it’s only a second phase that has opened”, he emphasized.
