The Democratic Party MP, Ervin Salianji, said in an interview for Euronews Albania that he will be present at Saturday’s protest.

“Undoubtedly yes, I will be making time to contribute to every effort so that this can be as massive a protest as possible, and to meet citizens, voters, and structures and be part of this protest, but also to communicate with the public regarding all the reasons that citizens should protest,” said Salianji.

On February 11, Sali Berisha will be holding the 4th national protest since regaining leadership of the Democratic Party.

The decision was taken on Tuesday evening after the meeting of the leadership of the Democratic Party.

The call for protest was announced by Berisha a few days ago and is being undertaken as a reaction to the case of the former FBI agent, Charles McGonigal, in whose investigation file, the prime minister of Albania, Edi Rama, is also mentioned.
