During his visit to Brussels, where a new chapter was opened for Albania’s EU membership, Prime Minister Edi Rama also met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

Rama says that this is his first meeting with Rutte as the head of NATO, while emphasizing that he is a special friend and unyielding supporter of Albania.

“Brussels, NATO Headquarters – With the special friend and now unyielding supporter of Albania, Mark Rutte, in the first meeting with him as Secretary General of NATO, after 14 years at the head of the Dutch government”, writes Rama.
