In today’s session in Parliament, the request of the Democratic Party for the dismissal of the Speaker of Parliament, Lindita Nikolla was voted.

In the closed vote, 78 MPs voted against the opposition’s request, while only 3 MPs voted in favor.

Today’s session was characterized by chaos as opposition MPs blocked the floor several times, preventing the normal continuation of the work of the plenum.

Democratic Party MP Edmond Spaho was expelled from the session due to his behavior during the works of the plenum. He blocked the floor several times and blew the whistle when the majority MPs in Parliament were speaking.
