The Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH) has announced that due to works being carried out for the construction of the new overpass at Qafë Kashar, traffic on the ramp in the Tirana–Rinas direction will be blocked during the time period 20:00–06:00 on January 13–14, 2026.

“Traffic towards Rinas Airport will be diverted through alternative routes:

• Vorë – Fushë Krujë (Rinas junction)
• Secondary road
• Tirana – Kamëz – Valias – Rinas
• Kashar – Thumanë road, built by the concessionaire,”
  ARRSH said in a statement.
