Prime Minister Edi Rama, President of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, the head of the Municipality of Pristina Përparim Rama and Prime Minister of Montenegro have met in Ulcinj.

The Albanian leaders were brought together by the concert, where the world-famous tenor, Rame Lahaj, performed.

Prime Minister Rama was accompanied by Elisa Spiropali, Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament and the Mayor of Shkodër Benet Beci.
