Zelenskyy: I met Croatian Prime Minister in Tirana, I appreciate the support

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reacted through a post on the “X” platform regarding the meeting held with the Croatian Prime Minister in Tirana. He writes that he appreciates Croatia’s support for Ukraine’s integration into the EU and NATO.

Zelenskyy also says that he also discussed the prospects for a Ukraine-Balkan Defense Industry Forum with Andrej Plenkovic.

“In Tirana I met with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic. I expressed my gratitude for Croatia’s assistance to our country and people, including humanitarian demining and rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers and children.

We discussed the prospects for a Ukraine-Balkan Defense Industry Forum and agreed to facilitate cooperation between Ukrainian and Croatian defense companies in the fields of demining, rescue equipment and drone production. I appreciate Croatia’s support for Ukraine’s integration into the EU and NATO. We also discussed current regional security issues.
